New Business

Although it appears that Roy was killed in the bank explosion, he wakes up in the back of a van, moving at high speeds. Luckilly, he escapes his bonds and blows open the van, causing it to go crashing into the forest.

However, back at the bank, Green Arrow franticly searches through the rubble for Roy. But, when the Outsiders show up, Indigo indicates that there's no sign of Arsenal in the wreckage.

After escaping from the truck, he gets into a fight with Drakon, who wins easilly. Drakon nearly slits Roy's throat and forces him to follow to his boss's rendezvous point. Both groups of people find out exactly who that boss is at the same time... The Riddler.
