Synopsis:
Ryu has tracked Shuichi to his place of employment and makes him an offer he can't refuse: his life and Mai's safety in exchange for the rest of the world's utter destruction. For the Wisdom Alliance knows of a coming nuclear holocaust, and has made plans to save the best and brightest children in the world from death in order to repopulate the planet after the bombs fall.
However, Ryu also wants Kaieda dead now more than ever, and he's sending David and Baion to finish the task that David failed last time. The only person who can stop them is Mai...and she doesn't even know about the attack...
