Synopsis:
Hard Truths

Jamie Reyes is practicing unarmed combat with the Peacemaker, when an explosion occurs at La Dama's house.

He armours-up, and takes off to investigate, followed by Peacemaker and the rest of the team.


Giganta is attacking La Dama, at the same time Brenda is in Beetle HQ. She watches the fight on a monitor and wonders why the team are keeping watch on her Aunt. She soon realizes that her Aunt is the crime-boss, and that Jamie and the rest have know for some time.

Blue Beetle manages to use pressure points to defeat Giganta.

He then asks his mother to talk to Brenda, which she does.
