Synopsis: A wealthy businessman is killed by a trio of criminals working for a mysterious fourth man. When Lt. Jim Corrigan arrives on the scene, he knows that he must hunt down the criminals in the guise of the Spectre. Realizing that the fourth man is the murdered man's former business partner, the Spectre sets out to extract his vengeance on all involved with the man's death!

Following the attack, the Spectre deals out a fitting punishment. Where the maker transformed the mannequins into living beings, the Spectre transforms the maker into a lifeless mannequin!
Synopsis: When a group of masked terrorists commit genocide at an auto show, Earl Crawford is sent to investigate where he once again meets Jim Corrigan. Learning of a ransom, Corrigan sets out to take out the terrorists leader while being trailed by Earl Crawford. How with the Spectre enact his vengeance, and will Earl Crawford link Jim Corrigan to the mysterious Spectre?
Synopsis: When an arsonist is ravaging tenements, Earl Crawford is finally able to track down and obtain photographic evidence of the Spectre's existance! Unfortunately for Earl, he is then framed for murder and sentenced to a mental institution for reasons of insanity!
