Issues #8 and #9 have an indicia note that Chesler was the publisher and Phil Sturm the editor, and that both were "on leave from U.S. Army". Contrast this with the statement of ownership in issue #19, which states that Chesler, Jr. was "on leave to the U.S. Army".
