Synopsis:
Starting off Part 1 of "Gotham After Midnight", the Scarecrow escapes from Arkham, and commits a crime which Batman believes is "out of character." After speaking with Gordon, it is evident that another villain is on the loose....the Axeman. Batman chases after this villain at the end of the comic, with a cliffhanger into the next issue.
