Synopsis: Captain America decides to court-martial Yellowjacket because if his poor decision, in the last issue, versus the Elfqueen. Prior to the court-martial, Jan, concerned about Hank, sneaks into his lab. She discovers that he is building an adamantium robot. His secret out, he explains to her that he built this indestructible robot, with a weak spot that only he knows, so that the robot can attack the Avengers during the court-martial, and defeat them. Then, Hank will save the day and look like a hero. Jan tries to talk him out of it, and he hits her. During the court-martial, the robot attacks. However, Hank is unable to put his plan successfully into action. He has underestimated his own robot. In the end, Jan has to save the day, hitting the robot's weak spot. His secret out, Yellowjacket leaves the Avengers.
