Synopsis:
Vulcan uses current prisoners to hunt down Liandra, Rachel, and Korvus. The galactic council sends envoys to meet with Vulcan to discuss the Sh'iar expansion plan. He sends a very clear message to the rest of galaxy about his attentions. Havok makes a bid to escape the prison Vulcan has kept he and the rest of the Starjammers in.
