Robocop manipulates his directives so he can return fire from O.C.P.'s Rehabilitation Concept. Robocop vs Robocop 2 unleashes an all out battle until the software is shut down. Meanwhile Robocop has more simulations made to make him look like the bad guy. Robocop vanishes of of O.C.P.'s grid while Robocop Two is reformated with a new personality.
