Synopsis: Dream (aka The Sandman) has recently escaped decades of imprisonment, and won the battles necessary to reclaim his lost tools. Still despondent over his lost time and the injustices done to him, he mopes about, following his sister, Death, as she makes her rounds on a typical day in London. Inspired by what he sees of the people she touches, Dream is ready to move on with his life.
Synopsis: Urania "Rainie" Blackwell used to be called "Element Girl". She is currently living in a small apartment, living off a government pension. Her appearance is not what it once was, and she does not like to be around people. She has almost no contact with the outside world. Sadly, she would like to commit suicide. After a particularly embarrassing lunch date, Rainie meets Death herself.
