Synopsis: This issue takes place 20 years in to the past featuring some scenes of the present.
The past shows Kate and her twin sister Beth playing soccer and being at home with there mother. Kate asks "when their father is going to be home from war?" That same night a rumble in the drive way their dad is home. Winter arrive and the girls do not want to move. On their twelfth birthday, their father is off on a security alert, so their mom takes them to do what they want. On their outing they get kid-napped and then Kate gets saved by her dad.
Present day GCPD are combing the waters looking for the body as the military cleans up the plane from the toxic chemicals. Kate is doing blood work to discover Alice's identity.
Synopsis: The Question running for her life. Makes it to her motorcycle and heads off to Long Beach. The Question and her sidekicks get the drop on the ship.
