the main character is a young ‘fledgling’ superhero named Noble (aka Ryan Phillips) who is the lowest ranking hero in the ISHL (International Super Hero League) and dreams of climbing the ladder. Unfortunately he shares a city with Zero, ranked at number 3 in the league and constantly lives in his shadow. Whilst possessing super speed and enhanced strength he is unable to fly like his piers and sees himself as the joke of the ISHL having to rely on public transport to get to various crime scenes. Low rankings and an even lower income means that Ryan sports a home made suit that is beyond ‘low tech’ which serves as yet another laughing point. Little does he know it, however, that all this is about to change due to a mysterious investor whose motives are as yet unknown.
