Two ethnicities at war; a Palestinian is killed in a Jewish neighborhood, and Azrael is there in the middle along with the GCPD. Old friends from the military have contacted him by the name of SandShark. They go over one of their old crew members on how he stopped accepting checks and quit returning calls and that's when people started dying. They confront him in a hotel room where he reveals that he can not be turned in and they will all face international court for what happened during the classified mission. Lane has to let him go, but Azrael does not.
