Synopsis:
The book opens with the team worried about what happened to Goliath at the end of last ish. Hawkeye decides to strike off on his own to find out what has happened to the love of his life, Black Widow. When he finds her he discovers that she has joined forces with a pair of Avenger villains. The evil trio defeat Hawkeye and turn their attention on the rest of the Avengers, who they waylay after attacking Avengers HQ.
