Black Hand continues his battle against Hal Jordan. The German-speaking alien gremlins keep Hector Hammond and the Shark contained, to use as weapons in an interplanetary war. Green Lantern captures Black Hand and removes his hand again, and returns the aliens to space. Meanwhile, the experiments run on Hammond may have changed him by returning his ability to move and speak.
