Synopsis:
As the man known as X prowls the waterfront of Arcadia, a monster known only as Monster creeps up from the sewers. Monster can't communicate and thus X shoots at him. Outside, police officers gather. When Monster emerges the police attack, shooting him. As he runs into a building seeking cover, they follow and X strikes, blowing up the entire building!
