Kyle visits Alex DeWitt's grave and tells her that he is moving to New York City.

At his new apartment, a beggar tells him that monster roam the alley. Kyle meets his landlord, Radu Stancu.

Psimon, who has plans to destroy the Titans, appears in Kyle's apartment and mentally possesses him to gain control of the ring.

Elsewhere, Kyle confronts the Titans and defeats them all.

This story continues in "New Titans" #116 (Dec'94).

This issue features the first appearance of Radu Stancu.

Wong is not named but a visual cameo.
