Synopsis:
The Thunderbolts deal with Dr. Prism while the C.S.A. decides that the only thing worse than the Thunderbolts is an unsupervised group of Avengers. Dallas Riordan is sent to make the pitch to the Thunderbolts to take on the Avengers or else the Thunderbolts will fall under the scrutiny of the C.S.A.
