Synopsis:
Igor Kenk became a Toronto celrbrity for stealing bicycles and selling them in his shop, going uncaught until 2008, when nearly 3,000 stolen bicycles were seized by the police. In this excerpt, Kenk discusses with a customer who has had his bike recently stolen why people who buy expensive bikes are asking to have them stolen, an dthe urban legend that Kenk was the one who was doing it.
