John Romita's cover artwork originally intended for The Amazing Spider-Man (1963) #82 was lost before publication, and Marie Severin & Romita quickly illustrated a new cover to use in its place. Romita's art was later found, and was published as the cover to Marvel to Marvel Tales (1964) #63 which reprinted The Amazing Spider-Man (1963) #82. The reproduction in this volume uses the original Amazing Spider-Man trade dress & logo.
