The children of both Widow and Rita Medermade are kidnapped while Dragon battles Smasher and Mighty Man battles SuperPatriot in the Covenant headquarters. After Dragon accidentally frees the hordes of pregnant women from their containment units, they chase him to young Damien Darklord's sanctum, who has the children of Widow, Rita, Barbaric - and Dragon's own son - at his side. Thanks to a lead from a hospitalized Justice, S.O.S. make their way to the Covenant stronghold, only to discover Negate and Baby Boom strapped together, creating a Nega-Bomb.
