There are two main sections to the volume, "Stories" which contain the comics, and "Features" which collects various articles & interviews about the Womanthology project.
The "Stories" section is divided into five subsections, each with its own editor who is interviewed at the beginning of their section.
The bottom of nearly every page in the book features a variety of bonus material. The majority have Stacie Ponder's strip, "RPG", but they can also contain creator biographies, tips from the pros to aspiring creators, and statistics about the creation of Womanthology.
