Synopsis:
With a wounded Impulse in his arms, Cyborg rushes to the hospital for medical attention. He's immediately brought into surgery to fix his kneecap, which is already healing incorrectly.
Meanwhile, back at Titans Tower, Starfire demands that the remaining team members stay in the Tower until they figure out what to do next. Starfire shows the team the tribute hall of deceased Titans and bars the doors so that they can't leave. Robin feigns agreement and cuts a hole in his room's window so that they can escape to continue working on the case.
In an interlude the Brother Blood cult has resurfaced in Phoenix, Arizonam and has brought someone who looks an awful lot like the former Titan Raven into their fold. Back at the hospital, Gar and Cyborg find Deathstroke on the roof of the hospital. They give chase and fight him in the streets of San Francisco. But when Beast Boy accuses Deathstroke of always hurting children, he reveals that he's not Slade Wilson, but actually Jericho inhabiting his father's body.
