The Alliance of Evil wreaks havoc in New York while Trish Tilby reports of strange phenomena in the deadline of the Mutant Registration Act. Blocks away, Iceman and Marvel Girl scout the kids while shopping for clothes: Boom-Boom has an issue with a sweater and Iceman tries to lecture her, but then Tower irrupts. At the Ship, Beast is tended to by Cyclops as TV news of the riot break in. Meanwhile, two children in Kansas are visited by a 'Transformer'. As the fight in New York rages on with Rusty on jeopardy, Beast leaves his deathbed. When the Alliance of Evil is finally subdued, Freedom Force appears to arrest them and suggests X-Factor to sign the Registration Act, but Rusty thinks otherwise. Far away, the Right commander prepares to face his main antagonist.
