Beast Boys and Girls
In San Francisco, every child under the age of 13 has been contracted Sakutia, better known as "green fever." However, Beast Boy has lost his transformation abilities and looks like any normal teenager. A doctor explains that Beast Boy's virus has apparently become communicable by air. As a last ditch effort, they call in Dr. Register, a man who worked with Gar's parents.
Meanwhile, back in Gotham, Superboy continues his search for Robin. He finds him, finally, but Tim tells him that he gave up being Robin after his father found out his secret.
At the hospital, Dr. Register shoots Gar with a tranquilizer but Gar lashes out, tearing at Register's face. But, when he pulls back his hand, he finds torn skin and that the person who spread the disease wasn't him, it was Dr. Register.
