Oliver Queen (Green Arrow) is captured by alien drug smugglers. GL and Amon Sur are tracking a spaceship to Star City. Green Arrow is fighting his way out of the alien drug-dealing base when GL and Sur show up. The aliens escape into space with the drugs, but their boss is waiting and he's not happy. A command vessel is on it's way to Earth.
