Letters Column: Bat Signals

Two-Faceís plan is put into effect further when he hacks Gothamís records department and passes his judgment on those in the legal system. Those without trials are sentenced, sentenced criminals are let free, chaos ensues. Gothamís legal system, still not fully recovered from Baneís assault on Arkham Asylum, is hopelessly bogged down. Dick retells the tale of his greatest failure to Tim, as Dick once again doubts his ability to take down Two-Face. Batman and Robin must face down a group of escaped convicts who have taken a movie theater hostage.
