Synopsis:
A.I.M., terrorist organization and weapons supplier, are holding their first International Weapons Exposition. On display is their newest advance in technology, M.O.D.A.M. (Mobile Organsim Designed for Aggressive Maneuvers), which is available for special assignments. Two mysterious extraterrestrials with 100 million dollars contract A.I.M. to create replicas of Quasar's Quantum Bands. A.I.M. decides to take a short cut and sends M.O.D.A.M. to retrieve the originals.
