Billy and Storm Shadow are training when a Billy's mother enters, with a gun to Jinx's head. But she barely recognizes Billy, who has lost his eye. On Cobra Island, Cobra Commander and Mindbender plan an accident for Zartan. As Billy and his mother bond, Zartan details the deal he made with the original Cobra Commander and how he plans to KILL Storm Shadow!
