Dragon and Law are attacked by The Commandment Killer, who now wears the Overlord armor. The Killer gets away and murders sevreral more costumed heroes before Law and The Dragon follow his trail and prevent him from killing Law's nemesis, Suicida. After the Commandment Killer - who is revealed to be Sorry The Nearly Man, a "superhero wannabe" who curates a superhero museum - is defeated and brought to justice, The Dragon mysteriously vanishes once again.

It has been speculated that Dragon's unexplained appearance and disappearance in this mini-series might coincide with the "time-bomb" that was attached to him in several issues of Big Bang. The bomb sent Dragon through time randomly and without warning. However, the bomb is clearly not visible on any of the pages in this book and is never mentioned.
