Synopsis:
Sauron has just drained Storm of much of her life-energy, and the X-Men aren't happy. He turns Wolverine against the other X-men, but Cyclops and Banshee give him a 1-2 punch. Nearly depleted, he tries to steal energy from Peter Rasputin, who is helping Storm. Cyclops orders him to change, and this overloads Sauron's ability to drain energy, throwing him off, and letting Karl Lykos regain dominance. Wolverine is about to permanently deal with Sauron when Ka-Zar orders him to stop. He reveals that Zaladane has resurrected the Petrified Man, but the X-Men need to get home in case Magneto goes after Professor X. However, the way out is frozen solid, and as a snow storm comes to the Savage Land, the X-Men realize they must help Ka-Zar.
