Leo, Don, Mike, Mondo, April, and Splinter ponder Mr. Null and his evil activities. Meanwhile, Null negotiates with Skul and Bean. Revealed that Skul and Bean found Earth by following Cudley Cowlick. Terms of the business agreement: Maligna and her bugs get Earth, Null attains means to take his business plans off world.

Meanwhile, Man Ray on ocean floor discovers strange looking meteors. He investigates them when once explodes out of the ocean, taking him along with it. The meteor crashes down on a beach, which happens to be where Dreadmon and Jagwar are. Then the meteor begins to crack apart.

Back in New York, Turtles and crew try to figure out what to do about Null, when they're interrupted by Kid Terra. Raph shows up tho and knocks the Kid out. But then Skul and Bean arrive and battle ensues. Bean manages to knock them all out with a stink bomb released from his skull. Null arrives and reveals himself to actually be a demon...
