Letters Column: Turtle Tracks

Turtles discover that Raphael and Mondo snuck onboard the spacecraft. Turtles hang out in Chinatown, witness a building burn down. A firefighter runs into the building to save a baby from the flames. But things go wrong. Luckily, a curator of a small shop in the bottom floor of the building hurls a mystical potion into the flames to save the firefighter. The firefighter transforms into a giant Dragon-Man (named Warrior Dragon). After saving the girl, he transforms back into a man.

Meanwhile, a giant Foot soldier robot is unleashed upon the city. The turtles battle it to no avail. Enter the Warrior Dragon (back in dragon form; he can change forms at will now). Battle ensues and the Dragon wins
