Letters Column: Turtle Tracks

Splinter recounts his first-hand experience of the atomic bomb that was dropped on Hiroshima, August 6, 1945. He is interrupted, however, as Ninjara arrives to cause trouble. Turtles, April, and Splinter battle Ninjara and some white ninja warriors.

Meanwhile, Fu Sheng agrees to help Chien Khan to save the life of Oyuki. Khan gains complete control over the Warrior Dragon's soul and he obeys every command. Khan orders the Dragon to destroy a nuclear power plant, which will release enough raw energy for Khan's sorcery to open a gateway to a world of demons...
