Story Arc(s):    Add/remove story arcs to this issue

Letters Column: none

The killings of the legendary real-life killer known only as "Jack the Ripper" is imagined as the result of a conspiracy of Freemasons and the British Royal Family. Alan Moore and Eddie Campbell combined exhaustive research on the place, time, and what is known of the killings, and created a plausible scenario with fantastic qualities.
The Prince of England has fathered an illegitimate daughter and the Queen uses her connections to the Freemasons to eliminate everyone who knew. Will Scotland Yard be able to catch the killer before he completes his list, or will the man go insane first?

Pete Mullins is credited as contributing artist.

Contains two appendices on the making of the story and the history of the Ripper Killings research and rumors.
