Synopsis:
The Green Dragon is a Chinese underworld operation in Gotham City; members use hatchets to press their point during conflicts. The criminal enterprises they engaged in included murder, narcotics smuggling, and kidnapping. Batman finally chose to bring the Green Dragon down after his friend Wong is killed by one of its agents. During the investigation, Robin is captured, but before he can be tortured for information, Batman arrives and the Dynamic Duo put the Dragon to sleep.
