Synopsis:
On his search for Shalla Bal, the Surfer finds himself attacked by the Inhumans. Unknown to him, the Inhumans that attack him are renegades under the leadership of Maximus. Finding the Great Refuge, the Surfer is welcomed by Black Bolt, only to be attacked by Medusa and the other Inhumans against the will of Black Bolt. Finally the Surfer can bear no more, and he declares war upon all life on Earth!
