The Utopia Project

Synopsis:
Following an encounter with a group of pro-gun advocates, the Squadron gather for a meeting. There, Tom Thumb unveils a device which can permanently alter someone's personality. Thinking they can use it to cure criminal behavior, moral questions are also raised. But when Lady Lark spurns the Golden Archer's marriage proposal, will he use the device for his own gain?
