Synopsis:
Storm lays the smackdown on some ethnic cleansers, and Psylocke's brother shows up at the mansion. He kills her, brings her back, and then begins to explain an impending doom before getting yanked through a portal.
Notes:
One of the unidentified 198 members in this issue resembles the Morlock Tar Baby, but he was killed at the Neverland mutant death camp in Weapon X #5.
