Synopsis:
Two young boys, Howard and Nicky, are missing. Their friends last saw them playing in the water that covers what used to be the city of Rosewood. Swamp Thing is already below the water, on his way to destroying the vampires that live there. They've already converted Nicky, but they're saving Howard for a feast. Swamp Thing has to think up some new tricks to defeat the vampires while saving the kids and their parents.
