This issue introduces Harold H. Harold, a struggling writer working for a pulp magazine titled "True Vampire Stories". With his editor Mr. Greadely breathing down his neck for a fresh story, Harold decides the only way to save his job is to an interview a true-to-life vampire. Lucky for Harold, he stumbles upon a weakened Dracula whom he takes back to his apartment for the interview of the century.

Meanwhile, we are introduced to Juno, a scarred killer under employment of Dr. Sun.

Finally, back in Brazil, Brother Voodoo teleports a newly-confident Frank Drake to Boston to join up with Quincy Harker and Rachel Van Helsing.
