Synopsis:
Jo-Jo brings Chester, new housemate Carl Vinter, and the Hollands to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. When a drunk can't find Swamp Thing's zipper, he makes a fake one. Swamp Thing and Abby are both popular costumes after the governor's race.

Eventually they all get separated from one another. Carl finds a new boyfriend in Troy Washington, and Swamp Thing is led into an alley by a mysterious jester who is ultimately revealed to be Pan.
