Synopsis:
This issue acts as a bridge between the 90's of the Valiant Universe and 2000 years in the future. It lays out future storylines and events, while introducing new characters and plot threads across the Valiant Universe.

Reprinted/Collected in:
Archer & Armstrong: The Complete Classic Omnibus (2015) HC
Rai (1992) TPB vol. 01

Notes:
This issue is considered to be one of the most important Valiant issues. Everything in this title was considered to be continuity, at least until the time of The Chaos Effect. At that point, there were managment changes which greatly changed the direction of the company. By the time The Visitor #12 and 13 came out, this continuity had been effectively written out. When Acclaim attempted a second reboot in 1998/1999, they attempted to recapture this continuity with the series Unity 2000, but that series was never completed and Acclaim folded after issue #3 was released.
