The half-page lettercol carries comments on the "new" ADVENTURE COMICS from BOB HOBART (Mentor, OH) and BILL WINANS (No Address). An editor's comment states that "Arnold Drake, the creator of Deadman, dropped by our office the other day with a whole new bunch of plots for our resident ghost and Deadman will return! A book-length adventure of Deadman, followed by two more episodes of undetermined length, will appear very soon."
There is an illustrated four-page centerspread ad for "5 New Zap Action Kits from MPC" based on Walt Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean (then only "the most popular attraction in Disneyland"). Other ads include the comic book-style fumetti titled "The day Bill told off his boss" (for the Cleveland Institute of Electronics) and a back cover ad for Aurora's The Imposters ("Tame looking cars that change into... mean racing machines").
