Synopsis:
Les Daniels writes this history of the first 50 years of Marvel's history, telling the story from Marvel's beginnings as Timely Comics up until the early 1990s. Included are thousands of color photos and illustrations as well as interviews and comments from most of the main players in the Marvel story, including Stan Lee, who also wrote the introduction.

The book also includes full color reprints of some classic Marvel comics.
