Synopsis:
Ramsey strikes out against a schoolyard bully, and it seems he is far stronger than an average kid. Mark Shaw is having strange blackouts. And Chase investigates a serial killer, becoming the next intended victim of the slasher Sweeney Todd. Meanwhile, Manhunter and Dylan find themselves under attack from Kilg%re, the sentient computer villain, who has taken over the body of Ted Shoemaker. Manhunter is able to shut it down.
