Synopsis: The Master happens into the Land of Fiction, where he meets some of literature's most iconic villains. He has to prove himself against them, when they decide to induct him as a member of their exclusive organization. Though he eventually impresses them, the Master is less than thrilled with their company. He decides to leave the Land of Fiction, preferring his grander reality.
Notes: This story is unique for a number of reasons. It employs a highly unusual artistic style. It also marks a return to The Land of Fiction, from the Second Doctor's televised adventure, "The Mind Robber". But it is perhaps most unique for being the only comic in the whole of Doctor Who history to star The Master—without the Doctor.Salmon's coloring credit is not specifically given on the story itself, but appears in Scott Gray's author's notes in the Oblivion trade paperback.
