Synopsis:
Alita experiences a terrible fall from grace when she discovers the utopian city of Tiphares' ulterior motive for retaining her services as a special agent of the "Tuned." Now she must face her greatest foe yet--herself! Koyomi makes a strange new friend as she and the rest of the Barjack forces prepare to launch the ultimate weapon on both Tiphares and the Scrapyard.
