Synopsis: Cloak and Dagger sleep through a flight from India in the United States. Tandy’s stepfather pays for the flight since the two are now powerless, but Ty’s emotionally charged dreams catch the attention of a supernatural entity. Nightmare concocts a plan to use the troubled teenager to finally trap Doctor Strange. The villain first turns Ty back into Cloak and releases the demon that lurks inside the Cape of Darkness. The monster races across the airplane stealing light from frightened passengers and crewmembers. Tandy chooses to become Dagger by diving in a light path created by the beast. The action “primes the pump,” and the resulting radiance forces the creature back to its home. She fills the victims with light, and the vigilantes leave without a trace. Phillip Carlisle once again misses his stepdaughter.
