Synopsis:
At the behest of crime boss Roscoe Ligotti, Congressman DeMarco brings Titan to Arcadia. At a press conference, DeMarco claims Titan is here to stop crime, but he is really here to take down X, who has been interfering with Ligotti's operations. As the press conference ends, X lobs a hand grenade onto the podium. Boom!
